Positioned For Growth

The Whole Learning School is actively seeking to grow our student population and serve more children with unique learning styles.  During our first six years, we purposely maintained a small student population (less than 20 students) so that we could fully develop our one-of-a-kind teaching model.  Now that the model is securely in place, we are ready to grow our student population and become an accredited school.   The following outlines the 2008-2011 action plan.

Increase Student Enrollment

• Develop and implement a targeted and effective recruitment plan
• Effectively track potential students and all recruitment activity
• Obtain a clear understanding of deterrents to enrollment and re-enrollment
• Increase confidence of parents and donors in the sustainability of the school

Effective Budget Management

• Enable the school to operate independently
• Provide increased opportunities for financial aid
• Enable TWLS to operate in a flexible and efficient manner
• Enable TWLS to quickly respond to changes in student population, staff and expenses
• Create a sustainable operating model
• Increase confidence of parents and donors in the sustainability of the school

MN School Accreditation

• Achieve accreditation by an external, recognized source
• Increase confidence of parents and donors in the sustainability of the school
